Vincent Wall
Doctoral researcher
mail: vincent.wall@tu-berlin.de
During his master studies in Computer Engineering at TU Berlin, Vincent began to specialize in Soft Robotics. He finished in 2014 with a master thesis on the “Selective Stiffening of Soft Actuators Based on Jamming”. Since 2015, Vincent works at Prof. Oliver Brock’s Robotics and Biology Lab at Technische Universität Berlin as a PhD student.
Here he is researching novel sensor technologies for the soft RBO Hand 2. As part of SCIoI Project 17, “Dexterous and Sensorized Soft Robotic Hands” he are developing new and improved versions of the RBO Hand that will enable synthetic agents to interact with their environment in a safe and robust way.
