Shokoofehsadat Hosseini is a master’s student in Computational Neuroscience at BCCN Berlin with a background in computer science and software engineering. She has professional experience as a senior Java developer in the banking industry. After several years in the tech industry dealing with machine learning algorithms and AI, she transitioned to cognitive science, focusing her research on visual perception, attention, decision-making, and neuroimaging, and integrating machine learning with cognitive neuroscience to study higher brain functions. She is currently working as a student assistant on Project 57 at the Science of Intelligence Cluster.
