Halil Yiğit Öksüz received his B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dokuz Eylul University, Izmir, Turkey and his M.Sc. degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bogazici University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 2015 and 2017, respectively. His research interests include control theory, distributed control and fault tolerant systems.
