Antje has worked for over 10 years at a large social organizations, teaching history and politics, and being the head of the Fundraising/Public Relations department. For the past three years, she has been employed in TVöD Bund, working in a facility that houses several nationwide associations in the field of child and youth welfare. Antje has had close collaboration with the Federal Ministry for Families, overseeing the infrastructure of the facility and managing the front office, as well as assisting the General Manager.

With her expertise in events, public relations, and topics such as diversity, equal opportunities legislation, data protection, she is now managing the front office at SCIoI.
