Sole studied Visual Arts at Universität der Künste, Berlin, and completed an MFA in Art and Technology at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She taught programming at Fachhochschule Potsdam and worked as a software engineer for over a decade at ifolor, Neofonie GmbH, T-Systems Multimedia, mobile.de/ebay, and Polaroid. In 2020, Sole began an MSc in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Bath, specialising in Hierarchical Reinforcement Learning for Transfer Learning. She is now a doctoral researcher in the Sprekeler lab, and the Science of Intelligence Cluster, contributing to project 46, “Lockbox 2.0”.
