Based on your valuable suggestions and preferences, we are excited to extend an invitation to a PI workshop offered by the professional coach Selena Dolderer. It provides a unique opportunity to not only recognize our own personal blind spots but also delve into how unconscious bias can impact our work across different levels.
In this training, you will enhance your skills to thoroughly inspect biases inherent in the recruiting process and to seamlessly integrate diversity and inclusion (D&I) principles throughout the entire process, from job advertisement to onboarding.
Objectives:
- Cultivate awareness regarding specific biases in hiring
- Recognize discrimination and initiate the first steps towards process redesign
- Fostering interpersonal connections through initial impulses for critical self-reflection during recruitment procedures
