Diversity in the Workplace has many aspects. Each of the very same aspects may imply privilege, strength and power, or have a challenging impact by creating less-represented, excluded or disadvantaged groups or individuals.
The aim of this questionnaire is to actively involve participants in identifying appropriate measures, identifying areas for improvement, and observing workplace diversity from the perspective of SCIoI members. This approach not only raises awareness but also fosters long-term progress tracking.
In order to evaluate this survey with regards to Diversity, we would like you to answer the following questions as you feel comfortable with. The Questions have many ways to be understood and answered. You may define your belongings as you feel them from an inner perspective or from what you may feel being perceived as. So, for example, if you may feel privileged in any of the aspects or feel perceived as privileged in that same aspect is your choice.
If you have any feedback or suggestions regarding the survey itself, please let us know. The feedback you provide will be used to improve future versions of this survey.
The participation is voluntary, anonymous and highly encouraged. As it is the best way to communicate the different perceptions and identify areas of improvement.
